Who we are
COMORA PTY LTD is an Australian proprietary limited company operated by Liam Deetlefs. Comora installs and hosts quote-intake systems for service businesses.
What we collect
- Quote requests: name, email, mobile number, preferred contact method, requested service, property details, location, timing, notes and optional photos.
- Demo requests: the business website and email address entered on comora.co.
- Usage events: anonymous session identifier, quote-flow step, event time, referring page, user-agent and a one-way hash derived from the request address for abuse prevention.
- Client configuration: business name, branding, services, business ZIP, hours, response promises and delivery contacts.
- Support and commercial records: messages, agreements, invoices and information needed to provide the service.
How we use it
- deliver a quote request to the intended service business;
- show the customer a submission confirmation;
- let the business contact the customer and mark the lead contacted or won;
- measure where quote requests are started, abandoned and completed;
- detect duplicates, spam and excessive submissions;
- build a requested personalised quote-intake example;
- operate, secure and support the service.
We do not sell personal information or use quote-request information for unrelated marketing.
Demo and production flows
Demo quote pages are operated by Comora. Demo submissions go to Comora and are not forwarded to the example business unless that business has agreed to receive them.
Production quote submissions are made for the named service business. Comora processes the information to provide the service to that business.
Providers and overseas processing
Vercel hosts comora.co. Hetzner hosts Comora's private lead API, database and protected photo storage. Resend carries transactional quote and inbox emails. Stripe processes subscription billing. Private owner alerts may be carried by Telegram. Google Workspace provides Comora's support email. These providers may process information in the United States, Europe and other countries where they operate.
Retention
- quote requests, contact details and their lead-history events are deleted after 12 months;
- uploaded quote photos and documents are deleted after 90 days, or sooner when their quote request is deleted;
- unused setup links expire after 7 days, and expired or activated setup records are removed within a further 7 days;
- single-use owner sign-in links expire after 15 minutes, owner sessions expire after 30 days, and expired, used or revoked access records are removed within 7 days;
- personalised demo requests are deleted after 90 days;
- after cancellation, the full quote form remains available for 30 days and the remaining business configuration is deleted 90 days later if the service is not reactivated.
An owner can schedule deletion from the owner portal. Deletion is scheduled at least 24 hours ahead and not before the paid billing period ends. A limited billing-reference and deletion-audit record may be retained for 7 years because Australian companies must retain required financial records. A bounded legal hold may delay deletion where information is needed for a dispute, security incident, Australian law or court order.
Security and lead links
Comora uses HTTPS, private service credentials, rate limiting, duplicate detection, one-time owner sign-in links and revocable owner sessions. Owner attachment links expire after 5 minutes and still require the current owner session. Customer confirmation links remain private bearer links, so recipients should not forward them to anyone who should not see the request.
Access, correction, export and deletion
Business owners can export their business configuration, leads, attachment manifest, lead-history events and billing references from Data and privacy in the owner portal. They can also schedule permanent workspace deletion there after signing in again.
Individuals may request access to or correction of personal information, or ask whether information can be deleted, by emailing support@comora.co. Include enough information for us to identify the relevant request without sending unnecessary personal information.
Questions and complaints
Email support@comora.co with a privacy question or complaint. Describe what happened and the outcome you want. We will investigate and respond within a reasonable time. If the issue is not resolved, you may complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner.
