Terms of Service

These terms govern use of comora.co and the quote-intake service supplied by COMORA PTY LTD. A signed proposal or statement of work may add client-specific terms. If it conflicts with these website terms, the signed document controls for that client.

Comora provides a hosted quote-intake service. Comora supplies service-specific flows, lets the client configure its branded page, stores submitted leads and provides protected lead pages.

The service collects information. The client remains responsible for pricing, availability, customer contact, service decisions and closing the work.

The current public price is $49 USD per month, excluding applicable tax. There is no minimum contract, trial or performance guarantee.

A client may cancel at any time. The full quote flow remains available during a 30-day grace period and may then switch to a limited contact form. If the service is not reactivated, the remaining business configuration is deleted 90 days after that grace period ends. Fees already paid are not refundable except where required by law or agreed in writing.

• provide accurate services, coverage, branding and delivery contacts;
• keep access to signed lead links limited to authorised people;
• respond to customers lawfully and honour commitments made by the client;
• tell Comora promptly when configuration or delivery details change;
• not use the service for unlawful, deceptive, abusive or high-risk purposes.

If optional price ranges are enabled, the client supplies and approves every pricing rule and remains responsible for its accuracy. Comora displays those figures only as estimates. The client must confirm the final price directly with the customer.

Comora will use reasonable care to operate the service, but internet services and third-party delivery channels can fail. A stored lead is not proof that an email or private alert was delivered or read. Clients should maintain a working delivery contact and report missing notifications promptly.

The service is intended to make quote requests easier and more complete. Comora does not guarantee a number of leads, quotes, customers, jobs or revenue. The client controls pricing, response time and sales follow-up.

The client instructs Comora to process quote submissions on its behalf. Both parties must handle personal information in line with applicable law. Clients may use submissions only to respond to the request and operate the related customer relationship.

Quote requests are retained for 12 months and uploads for 90 days unless a shorter owner-requested deletion or a lawful retention exception applies. Clients can export their workspace and schedule deletion from the owner portal. Required billing records may be retained after workspace deletion.

Clients retain their names, logos, colors and supplied materials. Comora retains its software, templates, configuration system and general know-how. The client receives the right to use its hosted installation while the subscription is active.

To the extent permitted by law, Comora is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profit, lost opportunity, a client's pricing or service decisions, or a customer's misuse of the service. Comora's aggregate liability relating to the service is limited to fees paid by the affected client during the three months before the event giving rise to the claim.
